Community Mobilizer

FSCWEO is a women-focused humanitarian and development organization working with vulnerable communities in Afghanistan.

The Community Mobilizer will support program quality, coordination and timely delivery according to approved plans.

• Coordinate daily activities with field and support teams.
• Prepare clear updates, reports and documentation.
• Ensure accountability, inclusion and safeguarding standards are followed.

• Relevant education and professional experience in community engagement.
• Strong communication, planning and reporting skills.
• Computer literacy and ability to work with diverse communities.

• Fluency in local languages is required.
• Female candidates and candidates from the duty station are encouraged to apply.
